Very unprofessional candidate communication. After my interview, I was verbally informed that I had been selected, told that an offer letter would be shared, and advised to resign from my current role before receiving a written offer. Despite repeated follow-ups, calls went unanswered, messages were ignored, and no clear timeline or decision was communicated.
