Constant forced overtime. Managers don’t care if you have kids, are in school, have a dying family member etc. Between all 3 shifts - extremely lazy - nobody shows up for work. Most importantly, employees DO NOT get penalized for repeatedly calling off and leaving a short shift. When this happens it’s YOUR responsibility to work a 16+ hour shift....for $10.50 an hour. No thanks. Get a job at mcdonald’s where you will at-least be treated with dignity. This is a miserable and toxic environment. No room for advancement, small pay increases even if you are a good employee, hectic working environment.
