Pros
Flexible schedule, as they mostly hire people part time you have room to negotiate your days, most customers are regulars and are respectful, I'd say it's ok.
Cons
The pay... you are a janitor, cashier, deli worker, stocker... you have to do the work of I'd say almost 2 people, the problem is not that the problem is that they pay you minimum wage. Understaffed, when people go on breaks you could get fu... up if a lot of customers order at the same time. I understand it's a business and the people that run the company only care about the profit and don't see the humans that make the company the money, just pay 60 bucks more for someone to work a couple of more hours and make it easier for everyone. Breaks, only a 30 minute break for an 8 hour shift, no breaks for a 4 hour shift, slave policies. Food, they don't give free food at work and every single day they throw out pounds and pounds of soup and different sandwiches, I mean why not give that to your employees instead of throwing it in the garbage.
