Pros
This place was bought by Jarden which is a plus but they honestly leave the company kind of "as-is" and not many improvements have been made.
Cons
It's a old company with old principles. It's a manufacturing company and the leaders of the company did not know what lean six sigma was... this is in 2011! There isn't any room for ideas or growth but that is probably why they have a warehouse full of Clean Flips that still haven't sold and are doing poorly against the Swifer in today's market. I worked there for less than a year and had to quit. I work for a fortune 300 company now and I rather work as a waiter than for Quickie again.
