Pros
Company was in business for over 5 decades. Most of the mid level and lower level employees were dedicated and caring employees. Company had a 401K Matching plan.
Cons
The company did nothing to move with the times. It was a dinosaur and would never listen to suggestions or initiatives to improve. As a result the company decided to close when it lost a large ($2MM) account and they closed on a dime. NO warning, NO severance, NO Cobra. NO regard for anyone other than the 3 at the top. There were employees who worked there for over 25 years or more. This heartless action impacted over 1000 lives (as most employees have spouses, and families). Inexcusable.
