- Good office location. - Some people are nice, although that can't be said for everyone.

If you value honesty, growth, and a healthy work environment, stay far away. 1. Management Management is terrible; they only care about themselves. The management style is extremely outdated, and if you try to give any constructive feedback, you’re ignored or criticized. 2. Customer Focus There is absolutely no consideration for customers. Their only concern is selling, even if that means blatantly lying. 3. Work Environment The environment is extremely toxic and controlling (you have to clock out every time you step outside), and you get side-eyed if you take any breaks during the 8-hour workday. 4. Innovation vs Reality They like to brag about innovation, but the platform they work on is very outdated. 5. Employee Treatment When you leave, you’re seen as an enemy, and there’s absolutely no concern about your reasons for leaving (they don’t even ask). There is zero support when you join the company; they expect you to learn everything on your own, but the supporting documentation is practically nonexistent, and there is absolutely no organization.
