QCAP is the umbrella organization that administers several benefit programs for people in the Quincy, MA area. Senior management and the QCAP board are appreciative of the staff and have been generous with benefits.

Pay scales are rather low; you have to be able to afford to work here (e.g., have another income source) or you may struggle financially. The work environment varies by program, as the organization operates more in silos than as a cohesive whole.
