Pros

Some employees are lovely people

Cons

No trust or autonomy. Not listened to. Small company trying to cut corners to bring big partners on and not being honest. Management very secretive and not open and honest with employees. No career progression.

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review of Quint Group, we value and appreciate all feedback and take on board all comments received. I am sorry you feel negatively about the business at this time and I recommend discussing your feedback with your manager or a member of the HR team so we can discuss them openly. We have various forums where people are able to share their thoughts and provide feedback about the business, we conduct regular employee surveys and in all areas there are regular team stand ups and meetings. We also offer a mentoring programme and have a very approachable management and HR team. As a fast paced Fin Tech business we rely on people being productive, efficient and automonous in their roles and I can assure you that we do listen to peoples thoughts and ideas and would therefore encourage you to share them openly so we can look to address them and find a positive outcome for you.

Pros

Working at Quint Group was genuinely one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. The culture is incredibly positive, inclusive, and people-centric - it's clear that the company truly values its employees. From day one, I felt welcomed and empowered to contribute meaningfully to the HR team. There is a really great induction process where you meet with lots of other areas of the business and this helped me to really settle in and understand my role within the wider organisation. One of the standout aspects of my time at Quint was the unwavering support I received from my line manager and my colleague in the HR Team. They were not only approachable and understanding but also actively encouraged my development, always taking the time to listen and provide constructive feedback and encourage me. Their guidance played a significant role in my professional growth and confidence and I will always appreciate them. The wider team was just as fantastic - collaborative, friendly, and always willing to lend a hand. It’s a place where people look out for each other and where everyone’s contributions are genuinely appreciated.

Cons

Honestly, very few. Like any fast-paced business, there are occasional busy periods, but the strong team culture makes it manageable.

Cons

Some may find it tricky to build career into more senior roles within, tend to hire externally, rather than internally promote.
