Pros
Looking for an entry-level position in the CS world is a nightmare. Every "entry-level" opening is looking for a CS degree and 3 years of experience. I had a passion for programming, but no CS degree and no experience. So when Quintrix offered free training and placement with a client for just a one-year contract, it seemed too good to be true. I'm so glad I pulled the trigger. The training gave me all the skills I needed for my new position, my point-of-contact Alex has been amazing through the entire process, and the client has already offered me a renewal on my contract along with a sizable raise. Quintrix helped me break into a tough industry. I really hope you jump in with both feet and do the same.
Cons
The ability to pick my relocation would have been nice, but I'm glad I made the move, and now I can go anywhere I want. Well worth the small sacrifice.
