Here are some of the pros in my experience: 1. Team: Interesting, energetic and insightful people form the team on all levels. One can reach out to anyone at any time. Most of my tasks are individual, but collaborating with the rest of the team is extremely smooth. 2. Open communication: Every one in the team is open to giving and receiving feedback, the culture is very easy going which allows for better work output, in my experience. 3. Work-life balance: There usually aren't crushing deadlines in my case, and therefore I have a fairly good work-life balance. However, I do sometimes have to contact specific people during the weekend for work related reasons (sorry guys!!!) 4. Offsites and fun: The founders organize regular fun team bonding activities 5. Skill building: Any courses that might benefit you and the app are encouraged.
