Pros
Team members always had my back when upper management tried again and again to set us up for failure.
Cons
There were several layoffs during the time that I worked at Quorum, and many of the people who were laid off seemed to be blindsided by it. The new hires brought in were also poorly vetted, and caused numerous HR issues. This company seemed to care way more about numbers than the well being of their employees - which I'd say definitely doesn't help their numbers in the long run anyways.
