      Work life balance is best. Supportive team (if working with US team) No leave problem.

      Cons

      No salary hike at all.. Politics. Regional leaders ( indian) do lot of favourism towards employees they want to support.

      Pros

      Nice team but nobody wants to do their actual job. Leader in the industry

      Cons

      Product doesn’t work. CEO has no vision and is not approachable. Low pay for the market. Terrible communication throughout the org , if you miss a slack you’re left behind. Little to no training
