Pros
None that stand out; the initial retention offer seemed promising but was a bait-and-switch.
Cons
I joined as a fresher and gave my best, but the experience was a nightmare from start to finish. After receiving an offer from another company and resigning, they matched it and promised a hike to retain me, only to put me on PIP shortly after without any valid reason or prior feedback. It felt like a deliberate trap to tarnish my record and force me out, especially since my performance was never an issue before.
The culture is extremely stressful: two standups a day, constant micromanagement, and unrealistic timelines set by management who take no ownership. Developers are blamed for everything, including mistakes from previous team members. The environment feels heavily influenced by internal politics and favoritism among leadership. The mindset is cheap, expecting high quality work for minimal pay (e.g., demanding 1L worth output for 20k level compensation). No proper training for freshers, and the environment fosters jealousy; when I left, they gave a negative reference during my background verification, which felt like petty retaliation.
On top of that, they operate like a small "lala" company: no salary slips provided, and payments were irregular (between 1st-5th of the month). If you're a developer looking for growth, respect, or stability, steer clear - this place will drain you.
