I worked at Qvis for several years and at every opportunity was provided with career progression. If you are hard working and delivering results the company will always reward and support career progression. As it is a family run business the ethos is casual and management is flat, allowing for more exposure and interaction with people in senior positions; all have an open-door policy. The company benefits for this industry is extremely high and is not easily found even in London. The games room within the staff room is a good place to socialise during lunch breaks as it has latest games consoles, a tables tennis table and pool table. Corporate events are enjoyable as all the different departments and companies under the Qvis brand are invited.
Cons
Due to the nature of the company’s rapid growth occasionally a new BDM will join and start off well however, tail off and cause management to intervene. This is part of the industry; most staff have been employed for over 3+ years.

None I am afraid. A disgrace of a company!

The staff turnover is shocking as people are treated like a number without any consideration and respect. Qvis is a toxic workplace that treats employees unfairly and has no integrity and no values. They don't have any objectives, targets and clear processes in place. The lower management is dishonest and will tell you one thing, then throw you under the bus to their own manager when they told you that it was acceptable to do one thing in the first place. The work's atmosphere is detrimental as there are only gossips and negative things said about the company. Their management don't lead by example but on the contrary is the principle factor that creates a negative and toxic work environment where gossiping and insulting other people is omnipresent.
Their management is incompetent, untrained and without any formal qualifications.
The management treats you as a second class citizen and are really useless. They don't provide constructive feedback and then take unfair and unjustified decisions. There is no proper management in place but a high level of micromanagement for a low pay. They check how many times you go to the bathroom instead on focusing on people that bully others and discredit their business. Qvis don't adhere to the respect of their policies. They will treat you with contempt and don't have effective record keeping to ensure a consistent and effective approach is taken across the company. If you join this company you will soon regret it and your mental health will be impacted negatively by it.
