Pros
Lick their a*s they will reward you. Your talent and ability won't get you recognition and better pay. Smaller environment, so you can take up work more than your designation which is good for one's learning.
Cons
It's like a small shop run by families, upper management is a family AND they are actively hiring their long relatives. Policies can be changed anytime according to HR's mood and if you're on their hitlist, it will be even worst. You won't be provided anything in written. HR will ask for your live location, if you're on sick leave (Ms. Sherlock).
