Pros
On the construction side great upper management, laid back work environment if you handle the work load, small family type of environment. Good insurance, owned by larger company gives added perks.
Cons
If you have allot on your plate its long hours but what construction company will you find who doesn't have long hours when needed. Not very many cons.
