Poor HR Staff. Seniors of the pipes plant and sales team does not behave properly. In depth costing concepts are not discussed although they are mentioned in the monthly master cost sheet. Costing Dept is headed by a Accounts and Finance manager. Salaries are low. No seperate module for costing dept

Good for fresher for 1 year only Due to involvement of management in every activity good exposure to deal with them

Lack of training and development Appraisal process is not appropriate Less Extra activities and very less holidays leav only 15 Aug,26 Jan and Holi except that days all you have to present unless you pay will deduct Management involvement is very high from ground level
