R Couri Hay Creative Public Relations is an intimate, comfortable office located in a beautiful building on the Upper West Side. When I walked in, there was not a cubicle in sight! Instead, I was stationed right along side all of the fulltime employees there. Not only did I sit next to them, but I worked one-on-one with them as well! I can only hope that, after this experience, I internalized some of the creativity, wit, and profound work ethics found within each and every employee in the office. They were truly some of the greatest people I've ever met. Friendly to each other and to interns to a fault, they consistenly ensured my comfort and happiness in the office. Whether it was Adalia and Sarah sitting down with me to go over pieces I wrote, Lauren teaching me how to properly interact with clients, Mimi filling my time with practical tasks, or Denise bringing incredble snacks to the office, there was simply never a dissatisfying moment during my internship. I highly, highly recommend applying for a position in this office--your life will be better for it.
