Rather than supporting growth, this can lead to a loss of specialized skills and professional confidence over time. There are also concerns regarding inappropriate behavior and a lack of respect for individuals' religious beliefs and backgrounds, creating an environment that may feel unwelcoming and uncomfortable. You make your worst mistake of your life by joining this organization.
