      Owners and employees are amazing. I've never seen a company with employee longevity at this level.

      I feel fairly compensated. Benefits are fantastic. I pay $0 for medical and get a great 401k match.

      Cons

      The nature of the work in this industry is stressful but I’ve found this at all employers in this field. At least here we don’t have to relocate on a whim.
