A hard-working company with friendly staff and ambitious goals for the future. I also work part-time and managers are very understanding and allow flexible working where needed which is greatly appreciated.
The work that is carried out by the company is very interesting and the machinery is amazing to look at.
The company has great potential.
Cons
There is no investment in staff training to use machinery or equipment. Employees are encouraged to look up Youtube videos on how to use a machine, in their own time.
The biggest con is that there is no quality or H&S culture apparent anywhere in the workplace.
