Full of Micromanagement - Senior Research Associate R-Force Technologies Employee Review

I was looking for work and came across R-Force technologies through one of my network connections. I was amazed how these people handled their work. I really thought if I get selected this would be the company I'd like to add in my career list. They provide good training to freshers and take cares of current employees which is first most duty of any employer.

Every company has it's downsides and upsides. I feel the management structures it's ways depending on situations and make their decision what best for the firm for a long run. Little more focus on employee policies would be beneficial.
