      Pros

      I'm making more money than I was with Bendix and there are much better performance bonus opportunities along with overtime. The new management puts on monthly meetings with more information that we had before.

      Cons

      The managemet doesnt seem to have a long term plan and takes things day by day and sometimes by month. When we run overtime it is not communicated well and it is usually for something someone forgot to build.

      Good pay. Coworkers were great

      Cons

      Human Resources was a joke. No one in the HR department or upper management cares about the employees. Rules were made randomly to accommodate the situation that day. The employee handbook I was given in 2024 was last updated in 2015. Most of the information was no longer valid or had completely changed. Any changes to rules, regulations or any communication at all was delivered verbally by the team lead. Never anything in writing.
