Misguided leadership/unwilling to fight for ground level employees. New policy decisions are made without consulting the people they affect the most on a daily basis.
Unable to answer why new aggressive managerial practices are being established or how specific metrics are created. This lack of transparency creates a level of distrust and resentment on the ground floor where very few are willing to speak their mind out of fear of being made an example of.
