Pros
If you're lucky you will work with an amazing team that makes the day, go faster. You get a very generous staff discount and an okay-Ish uniform allowance. Free staff boots every financial year. Some pretty cool experiences if you're keen to seek them out.
Cons
If you end up in a bad store, your life will be hell. your whole existence will be evolving around RMW. Your manager will somehow dictate your life. You need good management to make it a stress-free workplace, managers in there can become very arrogant and jaded, never on the store floor helping, hiding out the back on calls all the time, pretending to look busy.
