Low increments, no bonus. No Rx in mornings, which led to customers complaining and switching to competitors. Company always set unrealistic sales targets. Management has history of gambling with your license A to ensure manpower, causing a few Rx to resign. Some outlets don't even have Rx come in. No accountability from company. Warehouse always no stock for basic items, causing lost sales and customer loyalty.
