      Awesome supervisors and leads, but their hands are tied.

      Cons

      Management above supervisors telling supervisors to enforce rules one day then the next yelling at them for following the rules, which makes it miserable for us on the floor.

      This company has great potential, and plenty of room to grow over time. Schedule is nice and there is always overtime.

      Cons

      Training could improve and we are currently short staffed. But the people are always helpful when needed.

      2/2/3 schedule. Lots of OT offered if desired.

      Can be forced into OT a lot.
