      Good people work here but that’s about where the pros end

      Cons

      Poor management, will make you do top quality work with impossible deadlines for a check you’re never proud of and they feel is a good income to live off of. Very out of touch with reality and the way of the world. Company has been on a steep decline for the past 5 years at least

      good people to work with, complicated projects to work on. 4 day work week. great equipment and new technology

      you get paid every two weeks rather than weekly. Which is in most companies.

      Positive culture in engineering. Unique and interesting products. Opportunity to transfer between departments. Executive team cares about maintaining a quality livelihood for employees.

      Cons

      There can be friction between the shop and office. The facility is a bit outdated.
