Love the leadership, culture, and people. This is a company that focuses on the employee as a whole, you are not just a number. The interview process is more thorough than most places. You might interview for a job, but through the process R-V may find a better fit for you. That's what happened to me and I couldn't be happier.

Positive culture in engineering. Unique and interesting products. Opportunity to transfer between departments. Executive team cares about maintaining a quality livelihood for employees.

There can be friction between the shop and office. The facility is a bit outdated.
