      Very technology driven with lots of freedoms

      Not much. Change in management which pulls along team changes which some may like some not.

      Pros

      Company is very well run and has the opportunity to disrupt archaic spaces like disinfection, HVAC, etc with a sustainable-first solution. This means there's an opportunity for huge financial returns while at the same time making the world a better place. No need to choose between mission or commercial outcomes.

      Cons

      Largely remote first (if you're ok not being in an office every day) with a critical mass in the Bay Area and smaller footprint in Salt Lake City.

      Disorganized exec team. Hired a racist president. Good luck with that.
