Apprenticeships offer paid on the job training. Leading to an actual future career path as a licensed/certified journeyman.

Inconsistent start and end times. Apprentices are treated like garbage and journeymen don't want to train usually.

At the beginning was fine, everyone was very friendly. Then everything changed, manager is ok very flexible when it comes to any emergency, hospital etc. The company policy is very good, cant complain but if it comes to office there is a lot of banter which may upset some people across the office

Could improve, not the highest salary
