Both brothers (owners) are irrational, abusive and sketchy people, they hire foreign employees as interns, even if they have 5 years + of experience, promising Work Visa and Residence paperwork. Everything is a lie, i have seen them hiring people that leave everything and firing them 2 weeks later without payment, they don't care about the product, owner only says "i don't care how you do it, i just want this", he just think to add stuff to the projects without taking in consideration how the time, requirements , how unnecessary it is and what it can broke in the short term they want you to finish it. After some time working with them the main owner yell at us that there is not money and that if we don't hit certain deadlines we are out of money and without a job, using this as a way to push hard into the employees to work overtime and over the weekend, when the deadline is reached, everything was a lie, he says an excuse that the investors didn't like something and didn't invest. Worst thing is that they threat every employee with the lowest respect, appreciation and maturity, they humiliate without reasons, just to get something that happened to them out on us, like a way to relief himself. Besides that, after every promise they do and break, the salary is really low, they don't use any legal way to pay their employees, they always find a way to pay without paying taxes to the interns like ( creating a credit card and ad funds to it, wire transfer to the origin country and cash) and they promise the job with the visa dream, a better salary just a few months after joining the company, but even that they raised like 3m in this year 2017, they don't do any changes to any employee salary, they are really really greedy people. Just to end this, please don't work for/with them, everything that comes out of their mouths are lies, humiliation and the phrase "we need money guys", " money", "money", the main owner even said "i love you guys like a family" and 20 min after "you guys are nothing, if you can't do it then you are incompetent, i will find someone that can do it " in reference to a change he want's that is impossible to do in 2 or 3 days with a small team, but he is counting on you to work until 11 pm or 12 midnight and on the weekends 12 hours. I hope the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) starts an investigation on them and finish the modern Human trafficking system they have.
