Very poor internal culture and an extremely hostile environment! Known to fire employees for no valid reason without PMP. High expectations to work longer hours/poor work-life balance even though you will be sold on a flexible work-life balance it does not exist! Known for being a cowboy firm in the IT industry in Perth. If you can speak to current/former employees through Linkedin I would highly recommend this before accepting a job at this company to get their opinion. They will make up every excuse not to pay you your bonus this applies to all staff. Very poor internal communication with employees, no one ever knows what is actually going on internally and teams are siloed. There are many other good companies to work for in Perth where you will be treated well and where the working culture is healthy and positive. If you can avoid it do not waste your time, it's not worth the stress to be subject to such unhealthy and unethical working conditions. Also...check your payslips every month to make sure you have been paid correctly and keep track of your personal leave days and annual leave days!!!
