I love the culture at R2 Technologies/Glacial Rx, everyone is so passionate and driven to succeed. The energy and excitement behind Glacial Rx is contagious - with first in class innovative technology, we are going places! I can't say enough good things about this company, and the people I work with. The leadership team has an open door policy, they are always open to hearing your thoughts, suggestions, and feedback - good or bad. Glacial Rx is a forward thinking and progressive company, your hard work is acknowledged and rewarded. I've been in this industry for 14+ years, working for both skincare and device companies, but never have I worked for a company like R2 Technologies. I can't wait to see where the future takes us, I'm thrilled to be a part of the ride!

Sometimes the culture and attitudes on the sales team feels like a "clique" but that could be because we are still a small team.

Pros

Work-life balance is great, great product to sell, a lot of opportunities to sell

Cons

Poor leadership, lack of direction, unreachable quotas, constantly feel as if the goal post is moving (meaning they change how we get paid out and when they pay us), the company struggles to keep talent in place due to unrealistic expectations, not being truthful during the interview process, and lack of transparency.
