      My personal experience with this company was really bad. Direction treats his employees like 'resources' while pretending to be Agile with the 'human' mentality. A huge turnover rate. I dont recommend this place if you work in the development industry. Many lies, no support from the direction, all about the money and the clients. Office is really dirty and not well equipped. They hire employees to make money on their back without giving them the real opportunity to improve their skills. Management 1.0 with a strong pyramidal hierarchy. Completely on the opposite of the modern company. Scrum is only used to attract clients, the framework is not understood for what it is: creating a team spirit.

      Good hourly rate, way above market rate

      Cons

      Good hourly rate, but way to high over market. This eventually hurts you in the end, because after paying a huge amount of money every month, the client ends the contract and finds cheaper labor. R3D does not communicate with consultants regarding their assignment. Communication is good up until the first day and non existent after they receive the first check from the end client. They do not look for other assignments after an assignment has ended. they promise you a position that is contract for 90 days, then full time, but the full time position does not come to fruition.
