Pros

Good wages and overtime pay extras for phone fix covered parking, go in with what can I get out of this and don't take anything personally you will be OK

Cons

Don't expect much help from management as they are to busy dealing with keeping there own jobs to help you. You will see senior management on regular basis but that's just for show.
