sexist attitudes, inappropriate things said to me on the basis that i felt a bit like an outsider, was one of the only women on the team, with which i closely worked in and constantly felt like i was bullied and isolated. had my own manager tell me that women are more emotional and that the reason why i felt so out of the loop with the team was because probably because i was a woman. i failed my probation period and didn’t return to my position but apparently it was perfectly fine for one of the managers who constantly said inappropriate things, made me feel uncomfortable and isolated to remain. i can see that they are hiring for the position again so please, if you are looking for a accepting team that is accommodating to your needs and wants to feel appreciated if you DONT suit the straight white man binary, please don’t join the team.
