Leadership team are supportive and will help wherever possible but without spoon feeding. Able to control workload and manage a team effectively without condescension.
Cons
Maternity pay is minimum and can be a blow to colleagues and cause stress in what should be an exciting time. Car park can get busy - roadside parking limited if full. Canteen is restricted to daytime hours despite being 24/7 business.
