I can be my authentic self at RAC - Wellbeing Manager RAC Employee Review

The career progression support I have received at the RAC has helped me achieve the job role I spent many years working towards. I began working for the RAC in the contact centre whilst studying at university and then progressed into the role of wellbeing manager. I feel we are an inclusive and supportive business that celebrates diversity and this allows me to be my authentic self at work. The reason I have remained with the business for over fifteen years is due to the support and community I feel I'm a part of by working for the RAC.
