Pros

Some of the people are nice

Cons

Scheduling is frustratingly awful The pay for a lot attendant is embarrassing and very insulting I'm taken as a joke at 15 an hour doing the most work . Let's not mention they only scheduled one person for Saturdays to be a lot attendant oh yeah happens to me crazy right.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry your experience did not meet your expectations. The pay remains competitive within the industry and is above minimum wage. The work schedules vary with fulltime day shifts, night shifts, and weekend shifts. Every effort is made to always provide full coverage between the stores and our focus remains on our hiring needs. The employee benefits package provides PTO, 401K eligibility with employer match, and a full lineup of healthcare coverage. We remain open to discuss questions or concerns from our employees.

Pros

Opportunities to learn and grow, especially if you’re proactive. -Talented and well rounded staff. -Diverse

Cons

Unfortunately, the Human Resources leadership casts a shadow over what could be a very positive culture. -The HR Director often appeared emotionally overwhelmed and reactive, which created unnecessary tension and uncertainty among staff. -Rather than being a source of support, HR became a source of stress, with communication that often felt personal rather than professional. -Feedback and concerns were not always received constructively, which made it hard to feel safe speaking up. -Compensation for entry level positions could be better.
