      Worst workplace in Queensland - Analyst RACQ Employee Review

      Pros

      Absolutely none. Even the employee benefits are rubbish

      Cons

      The executive team is completely incompetent, especially the ‘long termers’. The environment is absolutely toxic. They hire senior people with no experience and then can’t understand why things go wrong. If you speak up there are negative consequences. They only want ‘yes’ people. If the public knew about the lack of morals and ethics in this place, they would never use them.

      Pros

      Flexible working environment. Constant support and training. Amazing rapport with in line managers and they’re always available when you need someone to chat to. Monthly reviews and amazing document support for job processing. Pay is incredible for the role.

      Cons

      None! Can’t fault RACQ :) can’t wait to continue working for them
