Pros
Decent bonuses, very nice people, good management. They don't shy away from providing brand new equipment when needed, they are understanding about pretty much everything and they hold regular company funded social activities.
Cons
The Web Development team and the Support team are treated the same and the requirement of being in the office applies to all, even though there is no need for the Web team to be in.
