Great work environment and atmosphere.

Can't think of any cons

While the company was still open, certain departments (e.g. the newsroom, client services and the production department) truly offered to motivated workers stimulating work experiences, assignments and an opportunity to learn.

Limited room to grow within the company ensured that with time the company's workers/professionals with ambition and/or skill inevitably left after approximately 7-8 years . The company's poor management sadly lead to the closing of Los Angeles, Montevideo and New York City offices.
