Pros
I would love to say the location of this company is great with lots of good restaurants in walking distance and a friendly community. I would love to say the company gives fantastic benefits, vacation time, sick time, and 401k. I would love to say the company works as a team and encourages communication with others so everyone can grow. I would love to say the upper management are great people to work under, to learn from, and encourage growth from within. I would love to say the CEO never forces 3 hour meetings at random times and gets angry when results are produced. I would love to say working hard in the sales department has brought many rewards and bonuses. I would love to say that after working here for years there is a long list of pros, but I can't think of one.
Cons
The biggest cons of this company is that if you are looking for a company where you can advance your career, learn from your peers and managers, be rewarded for your hard work, a fun culture, then run for the hills from RAM mounts because this is not the place.
