      Very fun, young and fast-growing environment. Focused individuals looking to rapidly expand in a highly active office that offers great benefits to employees.

      Cons

      Sometimes slower paced depending on movement from objective to objective. Cafeteria food could be better but it is still pretty solid given it is free.

      Pros

      Ram Tech Systems has been taking care of me since I have landed in America. They trained me in .Net platform (advanced versions) and got an project assignments in Georgia and Indiana. The payroll is run through ADP and there is no scope of late payments. Health benefits are through United Healthcare for the last 7 years +.

      Cons

      They say that everyone is replaceable in the eyes of the client. Which is true!
