      RAMP offers a variety of careers, flexible hours, excellent supervisors and staff and a history of helping those in most need, I feel very fortunate to work here.

      I have not found negatives in this work environment.

      Pros

      They provide nearly entirely virtual employment if you are hired for the correct role.

      Cons

      Their employee turnover rate is extremely high. I have never worked for an organization that has straight-up fired so many employees, regardless of how long they've been with the organization.
