Pros
Great work environment where managers support their team members and teams from across the group are generally helpful and supportive of one another. Good salary and benefits and perfect work-life balance.
Cons
Politics among managers impedes progress sometimes, slow to adapt in some areas and it takes a lot of work to pull some aspects of the company's efforts up to current standards. Not a lot of growth opportunities.
