      Nothing CTO is a good person but he is not in good circumstances (* I experienced)

      Cons

      Need to change their CEO then only the company can grow. The CEO (AS) was a kid when he became the CEO of the organization that's why either he should learn managerial skills, communication skills or the company should give the charge to an experienced person and under whom the current CEO (AS) will learn how to work and how to behave.

      Very calm and friendly environment to work with seniors they are very helpful and teach a lot things in real world tech.

      Cons

      Some times friends environment will make work slow but this type of environment is necessary .
