Only apply if you want to get fired before probation ends! - Marketing Assistant RASHAYS Employee Review

From the day I started, I was told to expect to be frustrated by the lack of organisation and planning. I was also told that the company’s sales were directly affected by marketing - a heavy burden to place on a team of 4 people but we took it in our stride. However, after 4 weeks of working tirelessly, our team was slowly fired one by one (for absolutely no reason) before probation ended so that they couldn’t get sued for wrongful termination. 2 of us were also fired over the phone - an extremely unprofessional method of firing! Rami Ykmour is by far the biggest flaw of the whole company. He is always disgruntled and regularly yells at his staff allowing their team to do things they are entitled to, like taking a lunch break. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy, and sincerely hope that Rami and his little followers within the company (they know who they are) grow half a brain and stand up for their employees!
