Coming into this agency feels like a tight family. It is diverse and everyone is so positive. Everyone is always willing to help. You are offered chances to grow within months! Management is flexible and offers great benefits. They truly care for their employees and have an open door. It is fast-paced and you learn a lot. If you show you are eager and a hard worker you will grow fast within the company.

Weight gain if you're not careful with all of the delicious meals often ordered. lol

Leadership genuinely cares about it's employees; they go out of their way to support any member of the team - whether you've worked there one day or five years. Growth: the client roster, the team, and the company culture has grown so much over the years. We've moved from small offices to bigger ones, leadership has given us additional benefits as was requested by team members, and awards commitment, dedication and hardwork.

The company is growing so quickly that new employees are being hires almost every week - it's a little tough to get to know your new team members across various teams (but this is really just COVID). Things will certainly change here once we move back full time into the office.
